Ingredientes:
1 kg de calamaretti limpios
cantidad necesaria de harina
3 cebollas medianas cortadas en aros
3/4
de taza de aceite
sal, pimienta
1 cucharada de jugo de
limón
Preparación:
Lavar los calamaretti,
escurrirlos y secarlos con un repasador. Pasarlos por
harina y reservarlos. Dorar las cebollas en una sartén con el aceite,
retirar y reservar. En el fondo de cocción de las cebollas dorar los
calamaretti, agregar las cebollas reservadas, rociar con jugo de limón, salpimentar y
servir.
